Sampling Rate:
🔵The frequency at which sound samples are taken in a given period of time.
🔵 Their is a minimum rate at which it should be taken in order to faithfully reproduce the original signal
🔵 Decreasing sampling rate can lead to distortion of the original
Sampling Resolution:
🔴The number of bits used to carry the data in each samples of sound usually, 8
or 16 bits
🔴Decreasing sound sample resolution results in lower quality
🔴It can reduce file size and save storage space
